Terms of sale

What you buy, when it arrives and when money comes back.

You buy CPs or VIP for one game account. They arrive in the in-game mailbox of that account's character, usually within minutes of a confirmed payment.
Prices are in US dollars. Crypto payments go through NOWPayments; codes are sold by the team directly.
Once a package has arrived in your mailbox it cannot be returned or refunded.
If you were charged twice or a package did not arrive within a day, contact the team with your order number; it is fixed or refunded.
A code works once. Keep it private until you use it; the team cannot replace a code someone else used.
Accounts that break the server rules may be banned; purchases do not protect an account from the rules.
